Explore our visionThis isn't about money. This is about your name on the wrong paper, in the wrong proceedings, read by the wrong committee.
High-risk organisers collect fees upfront, deliver nothing — no proceedings, no certificate, no refund. Zero legal recourse.
Publications in unverified venues are routinely rejected during NAAC audits and promotion reviews. One bad conference can stall your career.
Submitting, waiting, presenting — only to find the conference was unverified. You can't reclaim that time or republish that work quickly.
That's less than a single chai break per day. Unlimited audits, early threat alerts, verified badge — and a 15% discount on conference registrations.
Prices detected automatically based on your location. One-click checkout. Member ID in your inbox within seconds.
ScholarVault Gold members get a 15% discount on any conference registration fee — automatically, on every ScholarVault-listed conference. On a ₹6,499 Faculty registration, that's ₹975 saved instantly. Gold costs ₹399. You're already ahead.
Every Gold feature was designed around one question: what does a researcher actually need to protect their academic reputation?
Run as many conference audits as you need. Free users get 5/month. Gold removes all limits — audit every invitation, every call for papers, without restriction.
ScholarVault monitors thousands of domains continuously. Gold members receive alerts when a previously safe conference is reclassified as high-risk — before you submit.
Download a complete forensic report for any audit — domain age, SSL, Scopus indexing, CCAvenue fingerprint, blacklist status — all exportable and shareable.
Save unlimited conference profiles to your personal vault. Track conferences over time, compare audit scores, and build your own reference library.
Your conference certificate reads "ScholarVault Gold Delegate" — a verifiable signal of diligence that stands out in promotion portfolios and grant applications.
Have a question about a conference before the submission deadline? Gold members get a guaranteed 2-hour response — not 2 days.
